Each year, the Miss Polk County Scholarship Organization publishes a keepsake program for that year’s annual pageant. This program showcases the previous year’s winners, the current year’s contestants, and ads from local businesses, organizations, and individuals. These ads are sold by the contestants each year and the funds raised from the selling of ads directly supports the over $8,000 in scholarships the organization awards each year. Below, you’ll find more information about how to purchase and submit ads for the 2026 Miss Polk County Program!

Purchasing Ads

  • Ads can be purchased from current 2026 Junior Miss and Miss Polk County contestants. Each contestant will have an order form for you to fill out and return to them. Ad order forms must be returned to the contestant before January 4th, 2026. No ad order forms will be accepted after this date.

    If you are interested in purchasing an ad for the program but do not know any of the contestants, please email us at ads@mpctexas.org for more information.

  • Payment for ads will be accepted via check or money order ONLY and can be made out to the Miss Polk County Scholarship Organization. Checks or money orders can be turned into the contestant you purchased the ad from or mailed to the address listed below.

    Please be advised that payment must be received by January 4th along with your ad order form.

  • Ad copy must be emailed to ads@mpctexas.org no later than January 18th. If we receive your ad order form and payment, but have not received your ad copy by this date, our design team will create an ad for you based on the information you provide on the order form and no refund will be issued.

    Please submit the original digital copy of your ad (no photocopies, pictures taken of a physical ad, etc.) in one of the following formats: PDF, PNG, JPG, JPEG. Physical copies will not be accepted.
